Protection from Data Loss, Ransomware, and Disaster
A proper backup is your last line of defense. Whether it is a hardware failure, a ransomware attack, or a natural disaster, cloud backup means your data survives.
Choose the Right Protection for Your Needs
Both options store your data securely in the cloud with AES-256 encryption. Choose based on how quickly you need to recover and what you need to protect.
Cloud Disk Image Backup
A complete snapshot of your entire hard drive — operating system, programs, and files. If disaster strikes, your computer is restored to exactly how it was.
$0.20/GB per month
Example: 100GB of data = $20/month
Cloud File Backup
Backs up your important files and folders — documents, photos, and data you cannot afford to lose. Programs and the OS can be reinstalled separately.
$0.20/GB per month
Storage can be shared across devices
Your Data, Protected at Every Step
AES-256 Encryption
Your data is encrypted both in transit and at rest using the same standard trusted by banks and government agencies. Encryption keys are generated using FIPS 140-2 Level 3 certified hardware.
Cloud Storage
Backups are stored securely in the United States by Amazon Web Services (AWS). Your data is geographically separated from your devices for true disaster protection.
Version History
Multiple backup versions are saved so you can recover from last week, last month, or last year. Full and incremental backups work together for efficient storage.
Backup FAQ
Can I limit bandwidth during business hours?
Yes. Backup bandwidth can be throttled to a speed that meets your network needs, and the schedule is fully customizable.
What folders are backed up by default?
Desktop, Documents, Pictures, AppData (Local and Roaming), plus Public Profile folders and Common Start Menu. Custom folders can be added.
Can file backup be customized?
Absolutely. A technician will work with you to build a backup plan that covers exactly the files and folders you need protected.
How long does recovery take?
File restores can happen in minutes. Full disk image restores take 1–3 days depending on data size and bandwidth. We can run restores from our office for faster speeds.
